Campaign Status

DeliverymanAI gives you full visibility into your outreach at every stage.

Campaign status shows exactly where your campaign stands, what the system is doing, and whether any action is needed from your side.

This helps you stay in control while protecting deliverability and sending consistency.

Campaign Status Types​

Created​

The campaign has been created but has not started yet. At this stage, you can safely edit everything, including email content, contact lists, domains, schedules, and sending limits. No emails are sent while the campaign is in this state.

Running​

The campaign is actively sending emails based on your selected sending mode, daily limits, and schedule. Emails are distributed across connected mailboxes to maintain healthy sending patterns and protect domain reputation.

Paused​

Sending is temporarily stopped by you. Previously sent emails remain unchanged, and progress is saved. You can resume the campaign at any time, and DeliverymanAI will continue from where it left off without resending emails. The campaign is also automatically paused if your sending domain is found in a blacklist (blacklists with severity levels of very high or severe).

Completed​

All planned emails and follow-ups in the campaign have been sent. The campaign is finished and no further sending will occur unless you duplicate and start a new campaign.

Cancelled​

The campaign has been cancelled by you. No further emails will be sent, and the campaign cannot be resumed. Use this option when you are sure the campaign should not continue. The campaign is also automatically cancelled if your campaigns receives a high complaint rate or bounce rate.
